One opportunity is for students to experience the Channel Islands, by exploring the natural environment, hands on, where science happens everyday. We also seek to improve programs geared towards the disadvantaged and underprivileged in our community. By locating funding, we can assist in making sure students of all abilities and backgrounds are able to take advantage of such opportunities. Your donations will also go towards scientific research to improve our environment, making it possible to retain designated hiking trails, enrich educational programs, and reverse and repair damage that has occurred. Funding also goes towards the arts, including but not limited to art in the classroom, band, color guard, choir, dance, and string instruments.  These are at risk programs, continuously being cut and as a result many children are unable to participate in the arts they are interested in.  Every child deserves an opportunity to explore through education and arts.
