Jan Carella has a life long passion for helping others. She possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Resource Management from California State University Channel Islands. Driven to help others reach their dreams, she has volunteered in the community with numerous non-profits. During the last 5 years she has partnered with Channel Islands Restoration and Tree People Land Trust for the Santa Monica Mountains.
Chief Operating Officer
For over 30 years, Rosie West has been dedicated to giving her time and resources to the community. Born and raised in San Diego, she began volunteering at the local public library and food pantry. Since moving to Camarillo, CA she has continued this work with local and national non-profits. Rosie is currently the Ventura County Team Captain for Operation Homefront, supporting active duty military members and their families through community events and fundraising. She brings many years of leadership, project management, fundraising, and community outreach to Granting the Future.
Chief Financial Officer
Adreona Turck is very detail oriented, organized, and excels in financial management. Through dedication and hard work, she built a bookkeeping business from the ground up. Adreona spent 2 years participating in Criminal Justice, graduating from the Junior Police Academy and volunteering with local law enforcement. That experience helped her to gain a greater sense of service and protection for the community.
Board Member
Ginger Nickerson has been supporting people in the medical field for nearly 30 years. She furthered her education at the community college while working full time and taking care of her family, enabling her to move to the office side of her field and becoming the lone medical record keeper of one of the largest medical resource institutions in New York State. Ginger is a lover of all animals, an avid gardener, and working hard to become fully self sufficient in green energy and all things natural.
Zach Bancroft

Zach Bancroft received a B.S. in Kinesiology from California State University Northridge in 2001. Over the last 20 years, he has been a teacher as well as an entrepreneur. Having participated in over 20 missions trips to serve others both locally and around the world, he has developed a passion for connecting people and organizations to resources to further their unique mission. He enjoys learning and researching to find solutions to problems. He appreciates the opportunity to use his experiences and talents within the framework and purpose of Granting the Future.
