Within this fast paste world the teachers/instructors/professors/coaches seem to have the most struggle. This could be with guidelines they have to follow or argumentative students exercising their right to freedom of speech. The biggest hurdle for teachers/instructors/professors/coaches is financial. With the Education initiative program these professionals will have the ability to design and plan out exactly what they need for their instruction. GTF will then find all funding needed for the project and keep track of spending and receipts to report back to the funder alleviating this stress from the teachers/instructors/professors/coaches. GTF will allow these individuals to be contractors for their own project giving them the flexibility to accomplish what they need to with financial backing for said projects. 

In Construction Phase
